Kristine (Jamie) Patterson

Jamie Patterson is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group who heads coverage of the Pacific Northwest Region, based in Seattle. Ms. Patterson has more than 17 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience executing a variety of strategic advisory transactions for public and private companies, as well as financing transactions across the equity and debt spectrum. She has executed more than 50 strategic transactions on behalf of clients, representing transaction value in excess of $100 billion. Ms. Patterson began her investment banking career at J.P. Morgan as part of the Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York City. She joined Merrill Lynch’s Global Investment Banking & Capital Markets group in 2005 and has assumed increasing responsibility for originating new business opportunities and executing transactions on behalf of clients. She is married with three daughters and is an active supporter of Catholic Schools around the Pacific Northwest.
