Sacred Story Institute is at the forefront of researching and developing dynamic, entirely new applications of classic Ignatian Spirituality. Fr. William Watson’s research is informed by a life of study, spiritual direction and Ignatian program development, and also by research in neuroscience, medicine, and psychology.
Proven
Our program methodologies are proven to allow individuals to access the “archeology of their life history” and so better understand what blocks integral human and spiritual development. And once understood, how to navigate a graced path forward using the specially designed tools and techniques of spiritual discernment pioneered by Fr. Watson’s research into St. Ignatius Loyola’s conversion process.
Holistic
Sacred Story incorporates an integral, holistic, systems approach in the multiple programs we have created for children, young adults and adults. There are no easy fixes to developing your spiritual life. It requires commitment, practice, and reinforcement. SSI’s programs provide a clear roadmap for one’s integral intellectual, psychological and spiritual growth and the support so necessary to build a sustainable and healthy spirituality.
